For the past few months I have been using homemade laundry soap. And let me tell you! It's a lifesaver. I thought it was going to be hard to do, but it's actually very easy. It costs less to buy all of the ingredients than if you just buy a brand name detergent. Plus you only use a little bit of each for each batch. So, not only do you spend less on the ingredients, but they also make gallons upon gallons of detergent! I found this recipe online and they didn't have photos to go with the tutorial so I made my own. Next time I make some I am going to add a scent to it and see how it goes. I will post those results in a few months since I won't need to make any for a while.
